Personally, I (along with most other dog people) believe that the only excuse not to absolutely love dogs is if you haven't given them a fair chance to steal your heart! If you have been lucky enough to have a dog in your life, however, you will be able to identify as a dog person. Here are some of the signs that go along with that identity.
1. You’re numb to noticing the dog hair in your house.
2. You chase people down for blocks to pet their dog.
4. If you go out of town, you miss your dog like crazy.
5. Your social media accounts are covered with cute dog videos.
6. You can hold conversations with your dog for hours.
7. You don’t understand why cats don’t like to cuddle.
8. There are more pictures of your dog on your phone than of anything else ...
9. ... that you show to everyone you meet.
10. You look forward to coming home because you know your dog will be excited to see you.
11. If there is a dog around, you will find them.
12. When it comes to resisting your dog's begging, you have no will power.
13. If you drop food on the ground, you don't even consider picking it up. (the dog will get it)
14. You always have someone to cuddle with.
15. You can't stay mad at your dog for long.
16. You can't help but sob when you watch "Marley and Me."
17. You understand the true meaning of loyalty.
18. You have a built in best friend.
