Every college student experiences some of the same instances, no matter what college you attend. From those extremely late nights, to procrastinating an essay until 30 minutes before class, we're all in the same boat. I always watch Parks and Rec instead of doing what I'm supposed to be doing, and this show very accurately represents the college experience.

1. When people wonder why you're eating Froot Loops at 1 pm, 2 am, or really any time of day

2. After a major test and you need reassurance

3. Finding out you bombed a test

4. When people come to you with problems but you already have your own to deal with

5. Joining allll the clubs and having to deal with your commitments

6. Being forced to socialize at events

7. When your class gets cancelled

8. When you manage to make it through another semester without entirely knowing how

9. Checking your midterm grades

10. Trying to successfully exercise every day

11. Online shopping (even when you shouldn't be)

12. Thinking about those late nights in the library

13. Getting sick but still having to go to class

14. Finals week

15. Attempting to cook actual food

16. When someone asks you about your plans after college

17. Realizing you have great friends to help you through everything

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
