One of the best parts of coming to college is experiencing Tour De Frat in your freshmen year. Tour De Frat consists of successfully making it to every fraternity's party within a school year. Having gone to my fair share of frat parties there's quite a bit I've gotten to enjoy, but at the same time there's a lot of things I've learned.
So here's 16 things girls wish frat parties had..
1. Clean Bathrooms
Would you let your mom use that bathroom? NO. Clorox, Lysol, Glade Plugins-- and try to remember toilet paper.
2. Puppies
Just to add to the ambiance; plus sometimes we like puppies more than boys. Just give us what we want, ok?
3. Food
The only thing girls love more than puppies is food. Have some Canes tailgating portions, or (and) queso and chips and it's practically a surefire way to have your frat party deemed the best in the land.
4. Bouncers
For all the guys who just a get a little too creepy and all the girls who get a little too... turnt.
5. A Fast Pass System For Drivers
Disney does it.. so why not make your frat party the second happiest place on earth. Girls hate to be kept waiting, so by keeping us updated on how long of a wait there is-- we're much more likely to show up happy.
6. Play Music We Actually Like
Because Grove Street is only fun to listen to the first three times it plays. Seriously guys, just hand us the aux cord-- you won't regret it.
7. Specific photographing areas
We spent time getting dolled up the least you could do is provide a nice area for taking pics. Preferably an area free from photo bombers and with good lighting.
8. Stairs That Aren't A Death Trap
After a night of festivities falling down stairs is one of the worst things. Maybe invest in some escalators?
9. Air Conditioning
Breathing is kind if important for us, so either turn on some air conditioning, or start handing out personal fans.
10. Colored wrist bands that help indicate who's single and who isn't.
Because the only thing worse than realizing you made poor decisions with a guy-- is finding out you made them with another girl's guy.
11. Party Games
These would be especially beneficial when trying to keep us quiet when the cops come.
12. Bottle Service
For the times when we're thirsty AF, but refuse to stand in line with everyone else.
13. WATER
For all the DDs or to serve as a buffer for all the other kind of drinks. We don't care if it's Dasani, Smart, or Fiji-- we just want to stay hydrated, people.
14. Slippery When Wet Signs
Because the only thing worse than falling down stairs is falling on a sticky party house floor.
15. PJs AND SLIPPERS
For all the times we still wanna turn up-- but can't walk in heels anymore.
16. MORE ROOM.
To DANCE..... To breathe.
