16 Signs You May Be TOO Close With Your Roommates

The good ol' topic of roommates, you either can't stand them, or can't stand the thought of not having them. Once you find the perfect match, you instantly become borderline obsessive of them.

16 Signs You May Be TOO Close With Your Roommates

1. You're comfortable around them, almost TOO comfortable.

Pants? Nah those are optional in your house.

2.You know everything about them.

TMI isn't a thing between you guys. You know her exact period cycle, the every detail of the last guy she hooked up with, and pretty much everything in between.

3. You have severe separation anxiety.

Whether its for the summer, or just a weekend apart, you become absolutely miserable without them. You turn into that lost puppy waiting by the door for them to come home.

4. You finish everything of theirs, whether its their food, drinks, or sentences.

Of course that leftover pizza in the fridge was brought home specifically for you. When you order drinks you make sure they like that drink too, knowing it will soon be theirs. And of course when she's taking forever to get to the point you get to it quicker than see can.

5. You have those unspoken agreements.

When you get a phone call begging for you to pick them up from a random frat boy's house so they don't have to walk of shame it home, you do it, no questions asked (and then of course gossip every detail about it on the drive home).

6. You have code words and signals for certain things.

At the bar when she's scratching her nose, it isn't because its itchy, she's doing it as the signal for "help this dude is creepily dancing on me". And thats your cue to come in and rescue her.

7. You spend an alarming amount of time snuggling with them in their bed.

What other way would you want to spend your Sunday morning than gossiping about last nights shenanigans.

8. "Do you have any other friends?"

This question gets asked on a weekly basis. Of course you have other friends, but your roommates are your OG's.

9. You've got each others backs, always.

Whether you're holding their hair back mid-vom, or helping them with that dreadful assignment, you do it. Because if they are going to suffer, then so are you.

10. ROOMIE PICS.

"Let's take a roomie pic!"-This line is uttered every weekend when you guys are looking your best. You know each others' good side and go straight to the classic pose. Everyone and their mother knows who you room with because its all you ever instagram. #roomies

11.You will laugh at anything she says. Literally anything.

She will send you endless pictures of dogs in tutu's, so random. But you always respond "OMG thats HILARIOUS", event though it really isn't.

12.You have photo collages of them in your phone.

That snapchat she sent you with 5 chins? Yup you screen-shotted it and plan on using it one day.

13. You have similar thoughts on all the same people.

Oh her ex-boyfriends new arm candy? Yeah, you hate her too and don't even know her.

14. You like all the same music.

When your song comes on you will find her instantly at the party and start dancing and singing along to it. Singing along to "Get Low" without her by your side just doesn't seem right.

15. You accept them in all of their natural beauty.

So what if she still has makeup smeared on her face from last night, and her hair looks like it hasnt been brushed in days. she ebraces it, and so do you.

16. You couldn't imagine life without them.

Do they think you're extremely crazy? Most definitely, but so are they. And that's what makes you best friends.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
