There has been a lot of news and talk about the brand new "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie now in theaters. The trailers make the movie look super action packed with lots of exciting thrills and surprises in store!

However, the big question is, why are superman and batman against each other and fighting?

I personally grew up watching "The Justice League" cartoon as a kid and they seemed to get along great then! What in the world happened?

I have come up with 16 possible reasons that could explain why Batman and Superman are so angry with one another. I hope you enjoy and get a good laugh out of them!

#1: Superman tags Bruce Wayne when he posts a picture of them on Facebook


#2: Batman always sounds like he has a sore throat but when Superman offers him a cough drop, he gets offended.


#3: Superman always lets bullets just bounce off of him. Batman is afraid they'll bounce off of Superman and hit him.

#4: Every time they go out to dinner, Batman slips into the shadows leaving Superman to pay for the check.


#5: Superman never invited Batman over to the Fortress of Solitude.

#6: Batman purposefully calls Superman "Clark" in public.


#7: Superman always asks, "Where's your babysitter Alfred?"


#8: After every battle, Superman has to wait on Batman to pick up his Batarangs off the ground.

#9: They always have to take the elevator because Batman can't fly.


#10: Superman likes to make shadow puppets in Batman's Bat-Signal



#11: Superman reminds Batman his parents died


#12: Batman reminds Superman his planet was destroyed

#13: Batman's name is first in the movie title


#14: Superman can fly, but Batman has the cool car/bike/helicopter/plane/boat



#15: Superman doesn't have to spend money on razors

#16: Superman likes hugs. Batman does not.
