Supernatural, a show about two brothers who hunt everything from ghosts to vampires to demons, has attracted a rather large following. Maybe it's the exciting plot line, maybe it's the humor, maybe it's the attractive actors, but Supernatural has a way of sucking viewers in. Here's what you can expect to happen when you become one of these viewers.
1. It all starts when your friend tells you about this show that has lots of action and attractive lead actors.
They did not lie.
2. Next thing you know, you've gone multiple nights without sleeping because you can't stop watching.
The fact that it's on Netflix is a blessing and a curse.
3. You'll start getting jumpy. Literally ANYTHING could be a demon.
Flickering lights? Static on the TV? Gotta be a demon.
4. Which is why you always have salt handy, just in case.
5.
Sam and Dean give you life with their unbreakable bond.
Even when they fight, they're adorable.
6. When they do fight, you're always team Dean.
7. You start driving around listening to AC/DC wishing you were in the impala.
8. And you rejoice whenever Cas is in an episode.
Castiel, the angel of cuteness.
9. Whenever you talk about Supernatural in public, people tend to look at you funny.
10. But when you hear other people talking about Supernatural in public, you can't help but join in.
11. You develop a very real fear of children.
Thanks a lot, Lilith.
12. And no matter how many times you watch a character get stabbed, shot, torn apart, or eaten (yes, eaten), you still get grossed out.
13. The writers rip your heart out almost every episode with character deaths.
14. The show can be so heartbreaking, in fact, you sometimes hesitate to recommend it to others.
15. But when you are able to share your fandom with an outsider and they love it, you can't help but feel proud.
16. Because Supernatural really is one of the best shows in existence.
One might say it's sinfully good.
