Coming back to college can be stressful, but we seasoned pros as upperclassmen know the deal when it comes to trekking all our belongings from car to room with ease (relatively). And because we finally figured out the easiest way to make this transition, watching the underclassmen struggle is a great source of entertainment, and we can't help but have these thoughts:
1. Seeing and judging the flocks of 20+ freshman girls run around campus trying to find the nearest place to spread their wings and party after finally leaving the nest.
2. Wondering if you ever looked that young, or ever thought low-waisted jeans and a bralette was a good idea.
3. Silently judging all those who walk around campus with Google maps in full swing (we've all been there).
4. Watching in wonderment how the underclassmen's pure virgin eyes haven't seen the HUB or the stadium before and how exciting it all is to them.
5. Feeling like a veteran when checking in at the commons desk.
6. Walking into to commons to get lunch and already knowing what exactly to order since it's been your go-to for years.
7. Looking at your class schedule and actually knowing where all the buildings are.
8. Wondering if any freshmen actually attend the block party they advertise on campus.
9. Finally figuring out that you don't actually need to buy binders anymore and that all you really need is one good pen and a laptop.
10. Feeling like a boss since you can finally have your car on campus and drive to Walmart whenever you want.
11. Strutting into your favorite frat and not having to worry about getting in.
12. Finally knowing the layout of your dorm/ apartment and buying sick decorations accordingly.
13. Having the feeling of the real world settling in as you get bombarded with recruiting emails and job fairs.
14. Stressing about your classes since they actually pertain to your major now.
15. Wishing you could be a freshman again so you could have four more years.
