15 things all college students can relate to...Trust me, I relate to all!

1. Having an early morning class that you registered for but you regret later in the weeks to come because you're so tired that you don't want to get out of your bed and go to that 8 am class, or even 10 am class.

2. Say goodbye to social life because you'll be loaded with studying and tons of college homework and projects to do.

3. When you see a failing grade all you want to do is cry because you worked so hard studying!

4. Being a college athlete and being in college is tough as you have so much on your plate and have to spend so much time doing school work and studying to keep your GPA up and to be kept on your college sports team.

5. Naps are necessary!

6. It's not college life until you're up at midnight and all hours of the night doing homework, studying, or been procrastinating so much that you just do your homework all night and just do an all-nighter.

7. Being told class was cancelled by email or walking to class to seeing a sign that says class is canceled was the happiest thing we could ever hear. Also being told class is over early.

8. Sometimes you meet those very weird people that you just wish would go away and stop annoying you!

9. When you get a front row parking spot at college it is always a gift and always was great not having to walk far to the college as your tired and rather be in bed.

10. Joining a club, fraternity or athletic sports team was important to do just so you could be cool and make new friends!

11. When extra credit isn't really a thing in college, that's always a bummer!

12. When you can pick your classes and times, that's always nice to do!

13. Seeing service dogs or dogs in general at college just made us happier and made our days less stressful and upsetting!

14. Leaving homework, projects, essays, and studying for the last minute we regretted it!

15. College life is better than high school life!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
