I became a dog mom to a nine-month-old husky back in August at the start of my sophomore year of college. I quickly realized that this energetic, big baby would be a handful, and although he still is nine months later, I never regret my decision that saved him from being put into a shelter. I'm a proud dog mom, and I know there are plenty of other moms/dads out there, too.
1. Hair everywhere.
2. They love the cold.
3. Huskies love to talk.
4. The head tilt.
5. Nibbles.
6. They're stubborn.
7. They run away. ALOT.
8. More hair.
9. They take up the entire bed.
10. Their eyes are one of the prettiest things you've ever seen.
11. They will destroy your furniture and belongings when you're gone.
12. Huskies are energetic.
13. They can be affectionate.
14. How majestic they can be.
15. You love them more than anything.
They can be a handful, and stress you out at times, but their love and companionship is totally worth getting a few hairs in your food.
