Being a redhead is both a blessing and a curse. The majority of the time you love your hair color because it makes you unique and stand out. There is always going to be someone who makes a comment about your hair. Not to mention the outrageous questions thrown around at us. Do redheads come from another planet? Do we have superpowers? It can be tough having a hair color that only 2 percent of the world's population has. From constant questions about what hair dye you use to the endless nicknames and teasing, here are 15 struggles that only redheads can understand.

1. You've lost count of how many times someone has called you Ginger or Red.

2. Freckles, freckles, and more freckles.

3. Everyone is always asking you if your hair color is natural or from a bottle.

4. You are constantly being teased for not having a soul.

5. You go on a tropical vacation and somehow return home whiter than you were when you left.

6. When you are hanging out with another redhead and people automatically assume that you're related.

7. You cannot wear certain colors because they will clash with your hair.

8. You get sunburned despite covering your body from head to toe in sunscreen.

9. If you even mention that you're thinking about dying your hair, everyone and their mother freaks out.

10. Everyone always assumes that your favorite Disney princess is Ariel.

11. If you don't put on mascara, it looks like you don't have any eyelashes.

12. National Kick a Redhead Day...

13. Your face turning bright red when you get even slightly embarrassed.

14. Having to pick between blonde, brunette and black hair accessories because no company has thought to create red hair ties or bobby pins.

15. Desperately wanting at least one child with red hair.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
