Being the youngest in the family definitely has perks...but also carries several disadvantages. Upon my experience as an older sister to two brothers, I have been able to take notice on what it means to be the youngest in the family.
1. You’ve heard the phrase: “Don’t tell mom” way too much.
2. You’re always Player 2 at any game.
Just accept it: you'll always be the bottom screen on Call of Duty.
3. You’re never short on advice..
Whether it's good or bad: our advice can range from extremely helpful to horror stories of high school that may or may not be true just to get under your skin.
4. You have picked up information that you probably shouldn’t know at a young age.

5. You were forced to sit through countless games, graduations, and ceremonies.
And yet, no one could come to yours because they’re busy or moved away from home.
6. You are forced in to your older sibling's sports.
Because we already have the equipment…bonus if it fits you.
7. Being babysat by your older siblings
Some may have taken this too literally and do sit on you. Not to worry, this only allows you to plot your revenge.
8. You’re able to win fights by crying.
9. You’re the last to know about "Santa."
10. You get the coveted middle seat in the car.
Lucky you! You get the coveted view of both siblings, a square of the road ahead and added body heat from both sides of you.
11. People constantly remark on “How much you’ve grown.”
Yes, you have grown. People seem to notice your height only because you are the smallest in the family.
12. Your older siblings will always have your back.
Older siblings will always have your back; we are here to support you, love you, and motivate you to become the biggest and best person out there. Regardless of what mess you get yourself into, just know that we are there to pick you up once you have fallen.
