Although it doesn't seem it, the summer months are right around the corner. When the sun is beaming everyday and the weather gets warmer, there is no doubt that New England is a beautiful place to spend May through August. Most can say they've travelled New England's seacoast, but there is still a never ending list of places that will always need exploring. Regardless if you have been to these cherished locations or not, here is the ultimate summer bucket list stretching from Maine to Rhode Island.

Starting in Maine ...

1. Travel up north to Bar Harbor, Maine.

2. Take a boat tour in Boothbay Harbor.

3. Take pictures with the L.L. Bean boot in Freeport.

4. Eat dinner in Portland's Old Port district and then make a pitstop in Cape Elizabeth to see the lighthouse.

5. Wander along the pier in Old Orchard Beach.

6. Scope out the Bush compound on Walker's Point in Kennebunkport and then visit The Wedding Cake House in Kennebunk.

7. Get to The Steakhouse in Wells at 3 p.m. just so you can be seated when it opens for dinner time. There will already be a line to get in, but if you get in late, it's still worth the wait.

8. Mosey along the ocean on Marginal Way in Ogunquit and enjoy Perkins Cove.

9. Eat lots of salt-water taffy from The Goldenrod in York.

Next stop: New Hampshire ...

10. Take a cruise to the Isles of Shoals before taking a stroll through Portsmouth's downtown area. Stop at Popovers for some Portsmouth Orange Cake.

11. Take in all of the peacefulness along Rye Beach.

12. Grab some Cristy's pizza and watch the fireworks on Hampton Beach.

Cross the border into Massachusetts ...

13. Explore Castle Rock in Marblehead.

14. Take your time walking through the quaint little shops of Rockport.

15. While waiting in the Cape's traffic, grab a sweatshirt from Cuffy's in West Dennis.

16. Snap some photos of the gingerbread cottages in Martha's Vineyard.

End in Rhode Island...

17. Join in on a tour of the Newport Mansions.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
