Don't lie, you've cried once or twice listening to a particularly touching episode. It's OK, we've all done it.

You are always ready to whip out this list when some unsuspecting acquaintance asks for podcast recommendations.

Listening to a suspenseful podcast prevents you from doing literally anything until it's over. I'm looking at you, "Serial."
