1. You dread the weekends because it means no free meals at your house.

Having to spend $5 for lunch at the Student Union somehow seems like a fortune after receiving free meals all week from your sorority.

2. But you love them because it means going out with your sisters.

There is nothing better than celebrating the end of a long week by dancing on tables with all of your best friends.

3. You check the backpack of every girl you pass by just to see which sorority she is in.

4. You are much more worried about gaining the “Sorority 40" than the “Freshman 15".

Watching your diet is almost impossible when you can't choose what food you will be served from your sorority house.

5. But you still can't resist the buffet style food at every meal at your house.

Who wouldn't take advantage of it?

6. Any type of school-sponsored competition between houses turns into a complete blood bath.

(Arizona's VSPink giveaway, anyone?)

7. You obsessively stare down every tie-wearing male to try and figure out if he's a fraternity pledge.

There os nothing better than trying to guess what house every pledge you see is in based on the color and design of the tie he's wearing.

8. Tory Burch sandals and Lululemon leggings are your unspoken daily uniform.

9. You are more worried about finding your next date-dash date than you are about your next exam.

10. Your phone never goes more than five minutes without a GroupMe or Facebook notification.

Whether it's asking to borrow a specific item of clothing from any of your sisters or discussing the fraternity events that will take place that evening, your phone is constantly blowing up.

11. Practically every Instagram you post has your sorority's specified emoji in it's caption.

Whether it's the key emoji for Kappa Kappa Gamma or the angel wings for Pi Beta Phi, people could probably guess which house you are in just by the emojis you post on a regular basis.

12. You don't even bother making plans on Monday nights anymore.

Chapter can range anywhere from one to four hours and somehow tends to run more towards the four hour side anytime you have made prior plans.

13. Snaps.

Need I say more?

14. You have over 200 best friends there for you, even if you only need one.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
