Where To Get

This is the second part of my list!

8. Hoola- Benefit

I'm not a fan of the color but I am a fan of the formula. This bronzer stays put and doesn't budge all day. I threw out the brush that came with it in favor of a Target-brand powder brush for a more light distribution.

9. Blushing Blush Powder- Clinique

I use this in the shade "Sunset Glow". It's got a little bit of shimmer to it that pairs well with the Becca highlighter. This blush seemingly bonds with the oil in your skin to create a flush that seems to come from within. The best brush I've found is the blush brush from Real Techniques.

10. Blush- Ulta

I read that Kylie Jenner's makeup artist puts a peach blush underneath her regular blush to make it out more and that makeup tip gets a huge thumbs up from me. The velvet blush from Ulta in the shade "Apricot" is perfect underneath the Clinique blush. It's beautiful on its own, as well, and isn't chalky to the touch.

11. Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Powder- Becca

I use this either on its own or with the liquid version for an extra pop. The powder mattifies the skin while adding a shimmer to the skin. In case you haven't figured it out by now, Becca is a really great brand for those of us with oily skin.

12. Modern Renaissance- Anastasia Beverly Hills

As odd as it sounds, I also have oily eyelids. Eyeshadows from brands like Urban Decay tend to slide right off and blend together in an muddy, brown mess no matter how hard I try to keep it separate. The Modern Renaissance palette by ABH is extremely pigmented and has staying power-- even for the most oily of eyelids. It also doesn't hurt that the colors are stunningly beautiful and look good on a variety of skin tones.

13. Micellar Cleansing Water- Garnier

I was really unsure of this at first until I gave it a try. Don't let the layer of oil floating on top deter you from using this product, it works amazing! It gives my skin the much needed oil that I took out of it with all the matte products I like to use. When it says no harsh rubbing, it means it. Just wet two cotton pads and place gently on your eyes and watch the eye makeup just fall off.

14. Micellar Cleansing Water- Simple

I actually like this micellar water much better than the

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
