The Office is, without a doubt, the greatest show of all time.
Jam-packed with wit and humor, The Office's lightheartedly personal plot and deeply dynamic characters build the ideal television series. The Office's genius would be incomplete without Michael Scott, the clueless, yet endearing branch manager of Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch. While much of the audience started off the series disliking Michael's insensitivity, his naive nature was eventually accepted as the heart of the show.
Here is what I have learned from television's most iconic branch manager:
1. It's okay to show emotion.

2. Be a leader.

3. Have your own style.

4. Ask tough questions.

5. Don't let anyone mess with you.

6. Be honest about your weaknesses.

7. Rely on your instincts.

8. Be spontaneous.

9. Have your priorities in order.

10. Inspire others.

11. Be tolerant, or suffer the consequences.

12. Declare sentiments for the best effect.

13. Be confident, even when you're not.

14. Have a sense of humor.

15. And finally, always know who said what.
