The Hollywood Reporter

If you've watched "Gilmore Girls," you know that your life is probably very different from those on the show. That's because it's a one-of-a-kind show. However, this doesn't stop us from fantasizing about living in Stars Hollow, Connecticut with Lorelai and Rory Gilmore every time we watch it. Between those two and the rest of the cast, someone always gets a line that the rest of us watchers can relate to one way or another. Here's 13 times "Gilmore Girls" perfectly expressed how we were feeling.

1. When you just know that you won't make it through the morning, let alone the day, without some caffeine:

2. In your desperate search for a good friend or significant other:

3. When you couldn't possibly go out and be seen in public because it's just one of those days:

4. When you've had your fill of stupidity for the day:

5. Trying to explain to your friend that his good looks aren't going pay the bills or have a nice conversation with you:

6. Thinking about the future you'd love to have like:

7. When your week has been so rough that you're dying for someone to say this to you:

8. What you'd like to say when the third person today tries to make small talk with you:

9. Every time your best friend says, "break up with him":

10. When the semester closes in on you and passing your exams is the only thing on your mind:

11. When your parents try to cancel plans you've had for weeks. When the teacher assigns more homework. There are so many times you have thought this:

12. Someone has just said the most idiotic thing you've heard all day:

13. Finally, waiting for the "Gilmore Girls" Revival like:

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
