With all the other responsibilities that a college student has, cleaning our rooms usually ends up last on things to do. But suddenly, you open your closet and find it completely empty because it is currently on the floor. Maybe, just maybe that's a sign that you might have to clean your room, despite how bad you really don't want to.
1. Realize how messy your room is and think to yourself "Maybe I better do something about this."
2. Contemplate cleaning by watching Netflix and going through social media.
3. Stress eat over how messy your room is instead of actually cleaning
4. Start cleaning but give up once you realize how much you actually have to get done.
5. Stare at your bed that hasn't been made in two weeks instead of actually making it. Jump back into it and resume stressful Netflix watching.
6. Tweeting about how your room is messier than your life.
7. Go into closet and look for your favorite shirt. Realize it is on a pile on your floor along with every other article of clothing that you own.
8. Get a phone call from your mother reminding you that your parents are coming up to visit this weekend.
9. Frantically clean your room until it looks like a college student doesn't live there.
10. Receive praise from parents over how "organized" and how "spotless" your room is.
11. Parents leave.
12. Two hours pass. Suddenly your room is suddenly a mess again.
13. Go to stage one.
