As a full-time student, I know the struggle that attending college can develop. Whether that be workloads so long you hardly have enough time to eat in between study sessions, missing all your furry friends back home or stress because finals are coming up. I've been in all these situations, and because of that, I have created a list of products I believe college students would enjoy.

1. A new Planner

Because you need to make 2017 a better year.

2. A bed side caddy

For when you're feeling like spending the day in bed after a long week of classes, it can be a huge help for when you are feeling lazy.

3. A new blanket

Who doesn't want to be a mermaid?

4. A nifty water bottle that holds personal items

Stay hydrated my friends.

5. A microwavable pasta cooker

For nights when the Cafe just isn't serving anything good, or when you have those long study sessions and no time to pick some food up.

6. Some neat post it notes

They look like sushi too cute...but beware they could make you hungry.

7. Some pillows that look like a certain furry friend back home

For the day when you're especially missing home but either don't have enough time to visit or are unable too, here's a little reminder of home.

8. Face masks

Face masks because you deserve to look your finest even when you may not feel it

9. Some thing to help you "adult"

Because let's be real we all need a little help every now and then.

10. A mermaid pillow

I don't know about you but I would love to would have one of these...would probably spend the day playing it with and not doing school work but hey its cool.

11. A reminder

Because why not?

12. A funny book

To get your mind off of school work if only for a few minutes.

13. Shades that help you see your tv or phone while laying down

Because we've all had those days when we just don't want to get up out of bed.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
