The last few weeks of the semester feel impossibly daunting, and so overwhelming, with summer so close and absolutely no motivation to finish the work necessary to get to the end of finals. In the midst of the stress and breakdowns, eat some Ben and Jerry's, and read some quotes to give you a little burst of motivation.
1. Finals week? Please, you're fiercer than some little exam.
2. Here's some HIMYM wisdom to get you through.
"When I'm sad, I stop being sad, and remember I'm awesome instead."- Barney Stinson, How I Met Your Mother
3. You are worth all your hard work.
4. Some encouragement with our favorit Fast and Furious actor.
"You know, all that really matters is that the people you love are happy and healthy. Everything else is just sprinkles on the sundae."- Paul Walker
5. You think you can't get that A? Of course you can. Ayn Rynd says so.
6. Here's a pick-me-up from the awesome, ever enchanting Audrey.
"Nothing is impossible; the word itself says 'I'm possible."- Audrey Hepburn
7. And not getting an A isn't the end of the world.
8. And of course you can look to the Bible for inspiration.
"Oh Lord, grant us success."- Psalm 118:25
9. The stress and the hard work does have a good outcome.
10. And in case you were wondering this incredible female athlete thinks you can do it too!
"Just believe in yourself. Even if you don't, pretend you do, and at some point you will."- Venus Williams
11. Be you, blast some music, jump around your room, study and write papers however you need to, and make finals week your b***h.
12. And don't forget to believe in yourself!
"Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it."- Maya Angelou
13. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
So hang in there, and keep it positive: you won't fail, you've worked wicked hard this semester, and all that hard work will pay off in the end. And then you can go home, cuddle with your pet, and sleep, tan, and party the summer away in celebration (and avoid thinking about next fall).
