I attended two different community colleges since graduating high school before I finally transferred to a university. Let me just put this out there: Attending a university is, to me, drastically different from attending community college. From the class sizes to the student life, and even all the way to just the type of people you might pass every day. With the spring semester coming to a close end, here are a few .gifs that summarize what my first year at a university looked like...
1. The first day
2. Walking into the wrong class...
3. Coffee becomes a necessity
4. Walking past student organization tables
5. When the one person you need to talk to (aka MOM) doesn't answer their phone
6. Sending selfies so your family at least THINKS you're still alive
7. Admitting something you never thought you would
8. Second semester professors who think they can throw "curveballs" halfway through the semester
9. Freaking out over having all your exams in one week
10. When the professor says he/she will drop your lowest exam grade
11. Getting positive feedback on an assignment
12. The start of a mental breakdown
And finally...
