Unless of course you're the trendsetter that brought this new slang to life. I've come up with a list of some of the more commonly heard words and phrases most recently. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't guilty of using most of these.

4. Same.

5. AF

This has become the most popular unit of measurement

6. so weak.

"That video was hilarious, I'm so weak"

7. Dead.

It was so funny I'm dead.

8. Savage.

9. It's Lit

pair this with AF and you've had the greatest night of your life my friend.

"It was Lit AF"

10. High Key

The opposite of lowkey, reference Drake:

"Low key, or maybe high key, I been peeped that you like me"

11. Fam

"Hey fam"

12. Peep

"hey, peep my snapchat story"
