11 Things To Do This Year Because You Should

Everyone makes New Year's resolutions and it is typically the same every year. I want to save money. I want to buy a car. I want to lose 15 pounds. I want to eat better. I want to work out every day. All are good resolutions but a lot of times we get more stressed out than anything. Why not make a list of things to do just for the fun of it when you need a pick me up instead of making a list of things that you want to achieve that are going to bring you stress? Need a jump start? Here are a few ideas to get you going!

1. Bake cupcakes.

2. Read a good book.

3. Color a picture.

4. Call an old friend.

5. Make a cup of tea.

6. Go to the pet store.

7. Buy yourself ice cream.

8. Go to the pool with your best friend.

9. Spend a whole day shopping.

10. Blast loud music and dance around your house.

11. Re-watch your favorite Netflix series.
