One of the best parts of going home is getting to see your pets, especially when you haven't seen them for months. And sometimes, you even wish you could read their minds. Well, here are 12 thoughts cats must have when their owners come home for the holidays.

1. YOU’RE BACK YOU’RE BACK YOU’RE BACK. I must rub up against you profusely.

2. Wait. You’re back. But you left me so long. I shall ignore you now.

3. It’s been a few hours and you haven’t left me again ... hmm. Maybe we shall snuggle.

4. Excuse me. You cannot sleep in that bed. That is my bed. You left. It is my bed now.

5. Fine. You can sleep here, too. I shall just sleep on top of you.

6. It’s 6 a.m. Why don’t you want to play and wake up to feed me?

7. Why did you put me in the hallway?

8. Oh, Now you’re up. While you’re getting yourself food you can get me food, too.

9. You’re back on the couch sleeping, again. Which means you’re not leaving. Let’s snuggle.

10. I am now going to follow you everywhere around the house to make sure you don’t leave.

11. You’re unpacking. This empty suitcase shall now become mine.

12. If you leave me again I shall simply never forgive you.
