Summer is coming to an end and people are steadily making their way back to campus. Yet aside from the fun and excitement that accompanies NSO and campus life, coming back to the Penn grind also means having to deal with the Penn struggle:
1. Having to run from DRL to Huntsman (or vice versa) in 10 minutes due to two unfortunately scheduled back-to-back classes.
2. When you have to go all the way to Student Health Services.
3. When the Chipotle on Walnut is out of [insert ingredient here].
4. Having to get to any 9 a.m. class (or 8 a.m. recitation) ever.
5. When it is snowing and icy outside, yet University operations are unaffected.
6. Having club or group project meetings until midnight…or later.
7. Three letters: OCR.
8. Practically living in Van Pelt and/or Huntsman during midterms and finals weeks.
9. When all you want is brunch but the wait at Sabrina’s is over an hour long.
10. Being too busy to leave campus for weeks on end.
11. Having to choose between going to three (or more) student groups’ performances on a single night.
12. The first few weeks and last few weeks of the academic year for those unlucky enough to not have air conditioning.
