My college friend and her friend from home visited New York City for a few days last month. Thankfully, I had the chance to spend the day with them. Being the foodies we are, we decided to spend a few hours at Smorgasburg, a food market that is held in Brooklyn on the weekend. We had never been to Smorgasburg before, so we were in for a real treat (pun intended). Smorgasburg is a wonderful place, especially for all of the food lovers out there. So in case you have not been to Smorgasburg, this article will help you get a feel for what a typical trip is like. For those who have been to Smorgasburg before, this article will be like traveling down memory lane.

Before you even eat the food, you have a photo shoot with your food. You take basic, artsy pictures of the food from every angle. Let's be real here, you need to take a perfect picture just so you can post it on Instagram and have your followers be envious of the food you ate at Smorgasburg.
