As we all know, Valentine's Day is coming up, and couples everywhere are getting ready for the big day! That also means we are all going to start hearing the lovey-dovey Valentine's Day songs.

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of Valentine's Day– the candy, the gifts, and the songs are great! But, I have never experienced the holiday with a boyfriend because I am perpetually single.

There are so many playlists out there for couples on Valentine's Day, but what about the "Single Ladies?" Have no fear, I have prepared a list of jamming songs for the happily single gals to rock out to while hanging with friends or treating yourself on Valentine's Day! Happy Listening!

I mean, this song is the anthem for all single women– am I right, or am I right?


2. "Green Light" by Beyoncé

This song tells the heartbreaking, lover that he does not have to stay in the relationship if he does not want it. Queen B gives him the "green light" to move on. #BoyBye

In this song, these two tell their significant others that they would rather dance all night in the club than talk to them!

She's perfectly content by herself and she would rather be successful than be in a relationship.

Gwen Stefani, the former lead singer of No Doubt, feels great about life in this tune– so, she's just going to keep dancing!
