Every girl talks about having her "squad" or girls who she can always count on. It takes longer to find this group than you might think, though. But once you find your squad, you know.

1. You have MULTIPLE group chats

And yes, we use them all.

2. You've developed your own language within the group chat

If anybody else looked at it, they would be confused but it makes perfect sense to you.

3. If somebody needs something, the squad is there within minutes

Sick, boy problems, etc. Doesn't matter what it is, the squad is there for you.

4. All of your periods are synched up

As soon as one person gets their period, you know you can expect yours within a few days.

5. Any day can turn into an adventure

It could just be a Sunday doing homework, but it quickly becomes an adventure.

6. No topic is off limits

All the gross stuff your other friends don't want to hear comes out here.

7. If you don't see each other for a few days, you start to get really sad

You need each other.

8. You communicate through tagging each other in memes on Facebook

In fact, it's basically another group chat.

9. You have your own memes within the group chat

And you spend hours making them too.

10. You don't get upset if you hook up with the same people as members of the squad have

It's practically encouraged.

11. You can just be chilling and doing homework and it's still a good time

That's usually when memes are made.

12. You constantly tell each other how hot you think eachother are

It's a feast of compliments.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
