Carrie Underwood won the hearts of millions back in 2005 when she won American Idol. Since then, she has become one of the most famous idol winners in the show's history. She's has had numerous albums that have stolen the top of charts and she is currently on tour performing her music around the world. She is something special, but why exactly is Carrie so popular and so loved?

1. She is talented.

Carrie Underwood's vocals are so hard to find in today's music industry. With so much auto-tune and editing, it's so hard to find a raw voice like her. Her voice live is so good, it's beyond chilling.

2. She is a good role model for younger fans.

Carrie is classy. She is self-aware and always presents herself as calm, cool, and collected. She is married and has a beautiful little boy. She isn't out stripping on the streets, yet everyone still loves her.

3. She's beautiful.

This one is a given, it's not what makes her so amazing, because she already is. But Carrie has the looks. Guys fall all over her and girls wish to be her. Her legs are stunning. Her hair is flowing and gorgeous. She has it all.

4. She is a great mom.

Carrie brings her 1 year-old son on the road with her, but she does her best to give him a normal life away from the craziness. She opens up on social media about her daily mom struggles. And Little Isaiah is a real cutie!

5. She is proud of her faith.

Whether or not you share her beliefs or not, no one can deny that Carrie's songs have heart and so many of those songs revolve around her Christian roots. She is not ashamed to let the world know that her faith is extremely important in her life.

6. She is an animal lover.

Carrie is an advocate for adoption and animal rights. She promotes justice for our furry friends and even owns a few of them herself!

7. She cheers on her husband.

Carrie is often seen advertising her husband's hockey games. She is his number one fan and biggest supporter. She supports his career both in the public eye, and personally.

8. She rocks her concerts.

Carrie is a performer. She loves what she does and it really does show. She is energetic, fun, and overall, a great performer. She never forgets to appreciate her audience either!

9. She is down to Earth.

Although Carrie is constantly on the go, she knows who she is. She is sweet and a warmhearted woman. She loves her fans and respects them one hundred percent. That's cool!

10. Her songs are amazing.

Carrie writes or co-writes the majority of her songs. They are good. Most of her songs have stories about love, family, faith, and self love. The lyrics are relatable and the music itself is catchy. Put that with her amazing voice and you've got a hit.

11. She battles anxiety and panic attacks.

It's hard to believe someone that appears so confident in herself could have anxiety, but in fact Carrie suffers from panic attacks and anxiety in her everyday life. The fact that she's overcome that, and is still such an amazing performer and person is unbelievable.

12. She loves what she does and she loves us.

Carrie has a passion for singing and performing. Many singers do, but what makes Carrie so unique is that she is constantly putting her fans first. While she loves what she is doing, she knows that she's blessed to be where she is and she makes it know.

Carrie is talented, a role model, beautiful, and so much more. She is fun, down to Earth, and all around just a great human. She is a celebrity that I personally look up to and idolize, but the reason I love her so much is because she's herself. She is who she wants to be with confidence, and at the end of the day she is amazing in every way.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
