1. Gringo dip is the best thing on this earth.

If you love cheese and appetizers this is right up your alley. I can't even begin to explain how amazing this dip is. Everyone needs to eat this at some point in their life.

2. Have you ever had their strawberry lemonade? If not, get one and you will not be disappointed.

You only get two refills on this drink, but honestly that's all you need. You definitely get your money's worth. Strawberry lemonade in a frosted mug with sugar around the rim, just can't beat that.

3. The Four-Play is by far one of the best samplers I have ever had from any restaurant.

Wings, mozzarella sticks or Wisconsin cheese bites, gringo dip, waffles fries, and chicken quesadillas, you'll be in munchy heaven.

4. The wait for a table is never that bad.

I have never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes for a table. And they text you when your table is ready which I find very beneficial compared to the usual buzzers that restaurants have.

5. They have such a wide variety of food so you'll never get tired of eating there.

They have everything from soups and salads to sandwiches to full meals with a main dish and sides. I get something new almost every time I go in there and I have yet to be disappointed.

6. Three words: honey wheat bread.

They have some of the best honey wheat bread on this planet and it's served with honey butter. It's seriously amazing.

7. The staff is super friendly and great all around.

The waiters and waitresses make sure that you are taken care of and are very good about checking in on you. They really make you feel like you're a top priority while you're there.

8. The atmosphere of the restaurant is always welcoming and inviting.

There are always people coming in and out and it's a good time for everyone. When you have great food, great service, and great seating, how can you be anything but happy?

9. The retro decor is fascinating.

You will never be bored while sitting and waiting for your food because their decorations on the inside are super cool. I find a new decoration each time I go in there and look around while I wait for my food.

10. You always get your money's worth.

It is a little pricey, but also they definitely give you your money's worth in food. Usually you are given enough to fill you up along with leftovers to take home for your next day's lunch.

11. They are very efficient and timely with getting food out to you.

I have never had to wait very long for my food each time I have been there. They are phenomenal about getting it out to you in a timely manner even when they're super busy.

12. You will always want to go back.

Your experience at 54th Street will not be a disappointment and you will always want to go back for more. It's a one of a kind place that you'll tell everyone that you know about.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
