12. "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia"
This show has bee running for quite a long time, and it just keeps on giving. After 11 seasons, FXX renewed the comedy for an additional three, which is a testament to how good this show can be. This one will keep you busy for a while, too.

11. "The X-Files"
Did someone say government conspiracies and extraterrestrial behavior? "The X-Files" ran for nine seasons, yet it never got old. The relationship between Mulder and Scully is enough to keep one interested, but obviously there was something special about this show. FOX recently revived the show for a new season, and it is likely that this will happen again.

10. "Bob's Burgers"
This witty cartoon television show has received critical acclaim, yet I still think it is completely underrated. It's the kind of comedy that you search for. It has the ability to make you laugh without being stale or stupid. This should definitely be your pick if you like to laugh a lot.

9. "Mad Men"
Period drama? Yes please. This award-winning show was engaging, surprising, and unique. Led by Jon Hamm, this cast of actors is a joy to watch, even if the misogyny is enough to make you cringe sometimes. It can be dark at times, so be on the lookout.

8. "Pretty Little Liars"
Is this award-winning television at work? No. However, it is extremely binge-worthy. This show will have you guessing and wondering where the story will end. 7."Ally McBeal"
A past winner of the Emmy Award for Best Comedy, this show made names out of stars such as Calista Flockhart, Jane Krakowski, and Portia de Rossi. On the surface, it seems more like a romantic comedy type, but it's definitely worth a watch.

6. "Buffy The Vampire Slayer"
This cult-classic seems to expand it's following everyday. While most may be turned off by its sci-fi aspects, it's a much better show than meets the eye. Yes, there is a lot of fighting 90s special effects vampires, but the stories and characters are what make the show fun and fresh. They're why it's still popular to this day.

5. "Grey's Anatomy"
If you like having your heart ripped out 12 times in one episode, this show is most definitely for you. Yes, it's highly emotional, but it's also really good television. After 12 seasons, "Grey's Anatomy" has recreated itself a few times, but it's never gotten boring or stale. 4. "Scandal"

3. "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"
This Netflix original came into our lives and only brought joy and happiness. You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll smile for days knowing that you get to go home and continue watching this Tina Fey masterpiece.

2. "30 Rock"
Underrated does not even begin to describe how this show was treated during it's original run. The rating were never great, but the critical acclaim came through on multiple occasions. Why is that? It's due to the genius of Tina Fey and Robert Carlock. They created a smart and funny comedy that comments on so many relatable issues. Someone once told me that watching "Parks and Recreation" felt like a warm hug. Well, I don't know if I have ever related to a statement more. This show is funny, yes, but it is so much more than that. There is so much heart and soul in each episode.
