If you watched the Super Bowl on February 5th, then you witnessed something huge. Nah, I'm not talking about the Patriots' incredible win, I'm talking about the teaser trailer for Stranger Things season 2.

About 5 months ago the Duffer brothers and Netflix released a video that gave fans the titles to each episode in season 2. Until Super Bowl night, that was pretty much all the details we had, other than rumors and fan theories.

Now, we have 37 seconds of new content, and I think it's safe to say the every Stranger Things fan is losing their mind! Especially, since it was revealed that season 2 won't be released during the summer like the prior season. The Duffer bros are having us wait until Halloween. Can you believe it?! Don't get me wrong, though, they have a good reason for it. Season 2 takes place during Halloween, so why not have it be released on Halloween day, right? However, the thought of waiting until then is kind of agonizing.

With that being said, I figured I'd compile 11 things you can do while you wait for season 2. These may not hold you over until Halloween, but they may get you through at least a week.

1. Re-watch Season 1

You always watch prior seasons before a new one comes out. Duh.

2. Re-watch the Season 2 teaser trailer

Put that baby on an endless loop!

3. Stock up on Eggos

You're going to need your energy.

4. Listen to Vol. 1 and 2 of Stranger Things

5. Watch David Harbour's mind-blowing SAGAwards speech.

6. Watch Winona Ryder's reaction during said speech.

Her mind was definitely blown.

7. Read/Create theories

WHAT'S GOING ON WITH WILL AND ELEVEN?!

8. Listen to "Should I Stay or Should I Go?" by The Clash on repeat

9. Binge watch 80s films

E.T., The Goonies, Poltergeist, Stand By Me etc. Basically any movie that Stranger Things has parallels with.

10. Read Entertainment Weekly's article on the plot of season 2.

11. Cry (happy tears)

Because even though season 2 seems far away, you're just extremely happy that this fantastic show is coming back.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
