1.IT IS GOING TO BE HOT.
Most Hot Yoga facilities will reach up to 90 degrees standing heat, with a 60-80 percent humidity.
2.Drink a lot of water before you plan to do hot yoga.
3.Bring a towel to wipe your sweat.
Don't want sweat in the eyes, it burns!
4.Don’t wear cotton!
Cotton shows sweat and will leave a rash from the salt condensation of your sweat! Ouch!
5.Be familiar with some yoga poses
Walking into a fast paced yoga classes will require some knowledge of yoga poses.
