It's hard to find great friends, but when you do, your world gets a little bit better. Without the people who really stick by you through thick and thin, you would be completely lost. So, here are 11 reasons why having your best friends make everything better.
1. They make you laugh more than anyone else.
You know that no matter what, and no matter what mood you're in, they can cheer you up pretty quickly.
2. They're supportive.
You know you can always count on them to back you up. Whether that's helping you chase your dreams, or making sure you don't make really dumb mistakes, they are always right behind you.
3. They always listen to you.
Rants, funny stories, or even when you're completely dumb, they listen to what you have to say. Now, I'm not saying they won't role their eyes, but regardless, they will hear you with all of your problems and victories.
4. They are always a person you can cry to.
No matter what, I know that if I'm crying, I certainly don't have to do it alone.
5. Taking adventures together is amazing.
If I need a partner in crime, I know they have my back. This may be a car ride or going on vacation, but it's always a lot of fun.
6. They understand you the best.
Without them, you would have no one to tell all of your secrets to, or be completely open with.
7. They love you unconditionally.
On your worst possible day or your best, they are right there to support you.
8. Real friends are always honest with you.
Even if it hurts, they tell it like it is.
9. Sharing is caring.
I'm talking about clothes, food, houses and especially experiences. It's really no surprise if you do a little bit of everything together.
10. You're basically family.
Your parents know them by name and probably call them by their first name. They basically live with you, so your parents are confused when they aren't with you when you're at home.
11. They will always be with you.
These are the people who are with you through thick and thin. Even if you grow and change, you know you have your friends to back you up. You may move on with your lives and go your separate ways, but you will always be there for each other.
