Do you ever just sit on your couch on a Friday night and wish you had someone, that right someone? And I say that right someone because you are so done with all those needy and immature guys/girls. You want someone who is ready to commit, who's mature, and ultimately, someone who makes you happy. After a few chances with people who proved to be absolutely horrid, you sort of put yourself on strike from dating anyone at all. But did you ever think, what was there for you on those lonesome Friday nights? Netflix was. And after all those train wreck dates, Netflix never failed to be there for you. Netflix is the real MVP. And while you are sitting there watching yet another season of "Grey's Anatomy," you realize, Netflix is the perfect boyfriend/girlfriend. Here are 11 reasons why.
1. Netflix is open mind.
Netflix loves everyone. Netflix is pretty much a world full of peace on its own. There is no such thing as discrimination in Netflix's world. There is all different varieties of genres that you can peruse through with all different and wonderful people acting in them! Netflix will never judge!
2. Netflix is independent.
Netflix knows exactly who it is. Netflix doesn't need you to watch it every second of the day. You both have your own lives with a lot of things going on. You can go your own separate ways and still come together at the end of the day with no worries.
3. Netflix never gives up on you.
Even when you give up on it. I mean come on. We all finish that one show that leaves us crying because its over. We all take that needed mental break to figure out how we are going to survive without that show and what the hell we are going to watch next. We pretty much give up on Netflix, but Netflix stays and waits for you to come back.
4. Netflix is reliable.
Netflix is always there; morning, day, and night. After a long night of drinks with your friends, after an exam that went so unbelievably wrong, after the huge fight you just had with your best friend. No matter what it is, Netflix is there, always.
5. Netflix is unbelievably kind.
Every time I sign into my account, Netflix gives me a list of suggestions that I might like. How adorable is that? Netflix knows me. Netflix is genuine.
6. Netflix is successful.
Think about it. Netflix is worth tons of money. It is more successful than any person you date ever will be.
7. Netflix never gets jealous.
You want to watch a DVD? OK! You want to go to the movie theater? OK! You want to take a stroll through the channels on Fios? OK! Netflix doesn't mind! You do your thing, and Netflix will be doing theirs.
8. Netflix never gets mad at you.
When you are watching "Grey's Anatomy" all day long in your pajamas eating Ben & Jerry's, don't worry because Netflix won't be mad at you! Or when you forget your username or password? Everything will be okay, Netflix will help you instead of arguing with you about it.
9. Netflix will go anywhere with you.
You want to go to the park? Class? Your friends house? Work? A boring party? Have no worry, Netflix will be there! I mean after all, the world is becoming more and more technology driven and you can download Netflix at the local App Store!
10. Netflix is interesting.
How many people do you know that know so much about all different movies and shows? I bet not many! But Netflix on the other hand? Netflix knows it all! Netflix is one interesting son of a gun!
11. Netflix radiates happiness.
Pretty much self explanatory, but yet so incredibly true. No matter what you are going through, no matter how tough your day is, when you think of laying in bed and watching Netflix you automatically get happy. Netflix will always make you happy. Netflix never fails.
