11 Reasons We NEED A Second Season Of 'Big Little Lies'

HBO's hit miniseries "Big Little Lies" wrapped up this past Sunday, April 2nd to rave reviews. The show stars Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, and Shailene Woodley. Fans are screaming for more and, while the show's creators say they only intended one season of "BLL," it's clear there's a market for another season. Here are 11 reasons why we absolutely NEED a second season, so help me God.

1. With no other drama films in his upcoming release schedule, Adam Scott's drama-beard will continue to need work.

2. Viewers dissatisfied with the lack of stories about rich white characters on TV.

3. Screen tests for "Ballers" spin-off are proving less popular than HBO hoped.

4. During production of Season 1, Nicole Kidman's soul became trapped in one of the HD cameras that was leftover from New Orleans' film boom.

Only by continuing to use the camera can there be any hope of rescuing Ms. Kidman's spirit.


5. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has cited that the continued airing of the show is all that stands between him and causing the senate to go "nuclear."

6. Viewers terrified of any moment of life not occupied with the constant droning of media.

7. HBO to use successful season 1 to launch six more seasons of "Big Little Lies," a children's spin-off show, an amusement park, and help launch shared cinematic universe that includes a team-up with the casts of "Big Little Lies," "Game of Thrones," and "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

8. Reese Witherspoon promised...

9. An unquenchable emptiness that nothing is enough and more is better.

10. Anything but another reality TV show, right?

11. Money.
