It's sweet summertime. Do you ever find yourself sitting and wondering what you could possibly do to pass some of the boredom, (since you're no longer rooms away from your college friends)? Of course you do.
1. Read a book.
Who doesn't enjoy a good book in the sun?
2. Plan a getaway vacation with friends.
Go somewhere fun, make some new memories.
3. When you aren't working, explore new places with your friends.
Take a hike. Try to go somewhere new.
4. Try a new restaurant/cafe. Maybe one that only opens for the summer season.
Little and quaint restaurants on the water are my go-to in the summer.
5. Rollerblade.
Rollerblading is one of my favorite summer activities and a terrific workout at the same time.
6. Take up a new hobby.
Never sewed before? Go for it. What do you have to lose?
7. Set some kind of summer goal.
Mine is simply going to the gym more and taking advantage of great weather.
8. Go on a boat or try to kayak.
There's just something about being out on the water.
9. Have a bonfire.
S'mores. Friends. Family. Food. I don't know about you but those all sound wonderful to me.
10. Try a new workout class.
If you hate it, at least you tried.
11. Enjoy the carefree days while they last because August will be here before we know it.
And really, who wants to be drowned in homework and deadlines once again when we just finished?
