For girls with curly hair, finding hair that is nice, sleek and never frizzy is nearly impossible. While it is nice to have hair that stands out, there are a lot of questions that people with curly hair get asked on a regular basis.

Answer: The simplest answer to this question is to say that I was born with curly hair, which is the only way that I can get my hair “to look like that."

2. How long does it take to curl your hair?

Answer: It only takes two seconds after I get out of the shower for my hair to curl because my hair is in fact naturally curly and it basically is curly 24 hours of the day.

3. Do you ever straighten it?

Answer: If I ever did straighten it, then it would be straight right now. Girls with curly hair understand that straightening their hair takes more time than it is worth. You basically only straighten it on very special occasions.

4. How long does it take to straighten your hair?

Answer: Too long to even think about straightening it.

5. OMG, I love your hair! Is it natural?

Answer: It is as natural as it gets! There is still a countless number of products in my hair to keep it sane, but sure, it is natural.

6. Why does your hair always look wet?

Answer: Unless you want to see the frizziest thing you have ever witnessed, then I must weigh down my hair in hair gel to even begin thinking about walking out in public.

7. Do you have a perm in your hair?

Answer: No, I don’t think anyone would want to go get a perm to have hair that looks like mine. You don’t even know the struggle I have to go through everyday.

8. Do you brush your hair?

Answer: After I get out of the shower, I do brush my hair, but after that, definitely not! If you want to see hair out of control, then yes, I will brush it throughout the day.

9. Don’t you love your hair?

Answer: I don’t think any girl has truly said they “love” their hair. I think the correct answer is that yes, I do “put up” with my hair, but I will not go as far to say that I “love” it.

10. Wow, your hair looks so pretty! Can I have it?

Answer: Of course! Please take this tangled mess into your hands and never return it! I would love for you to understand what I have to go through everyday!

11. Where did you get your curly hair from?

Answer: I would love to know the answer to that question as well. So, I would tell you where exactly my hair came from, but I don’t even quite know.
