This talented, young married couple from Southern California consistently match in beautiful, perfect harmony throughout every song which truly make them stand out amongst the rest. 7. Houndmouth.
The awesome thing about this band is that all four members not only play an instrument, but are also all vocalists. From New Albany, Ind., a small town right next to Louisville, Ken. Houndmouth is an overall outstanding band with a cool vintage feel. Houndmouth, "Sedona."
8. Tobias Jesso Jr.
Singer/songwriter from Vancouver is a master of heartrending melodies. His new album is perfect to listen to while when you're needing to wind down and have a relaxed evening. Tobias Jesso Jr., "Without You."
9. Raury.
This singer, rapper, guitarist and songwriter has what it takes to pull of this folk, alternative, electronic rap music genre he has created. Most would compare this artist from Georgia to people such as Chance the Rapper and Lorde. Raury, "Cigarette Song."
10. Alabama Shakes.
This alternative quartet that has been compared to amazing bands such as The Black Keys and The Avett Brothers was formed in 2009, but their recent album released in 2015 has really set them off to a new level. Alabama Shakes, "Hold On."
11. The Districts.
Last, but certainly not least, The Districts are also a four person band formed in 2009. From a small town in Pennsylvania, this indie-rock band has a truly captivating sound that is hard to stop listening to. The Districts, "Funeral Beds."
