As someone who suffers from anxiety time to time, I have found 10 ways that help me cope with it! These are easy ways to keep your anxiety in check or to calm yourself when you are about to have anxiety.
1. Count to five and take deep breaths
1..2..3...4.....5....BREATH! This will help calm your nerves
2. Write your thoughts down in a journal
3. Coloring! color your anxiety away!

4. Yoga! stretch out that anxiety!

5. Go for a walk and clear your head
6. Hug a teddy bear!

7. Listen to calming, happy music

8. Think positive thoughts!

9. Drink plenty of water and eat well

10. Take a break and rest
