"It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia" is a cult favorite, and any fan will tell you the endless laugh-out-loud moments the show entails. The show revolves around a group of friends running a bar while finding themselves in daily ridiculous situations and schemes. The gang consists of Dennis, his twin sister, Dee, their father, Frank, and their two best friends, Mac and Charlie. Although every episode leaves you laughing out loud, these 10 moments are simply unforgettable.
1. Dennis And Dee On Crack
Who could forget when Dennis and Dee decided to quit their jobs to pursue their dreams and end up at the welfare center? Although receiving welfare benefits was not as simple as they thought, walking in and introducing yourself as a recovering crack head will not get you welfare. Taken back upon request to get a blood test to confirm his crack addiction, Dennis and Dee did, in fact, smoke crack and became addicted to it.
2. Party Mansion
"What Up! We're three cool guys looking for other cool guys who want to hang out in our party mansion. Nothing sexual. Dudes in good shape encouraged. If you are fat, you should be able to find humor in the little things. Again, nothing sexual." What could possibly go wrong with this clear advertisement, especially one so cleverly printed on a man's bicep?
3. Green Man
One of Charlie's many alter egos exists as Green Man. Charlie invented Green Man as a mascot. Although Charlie is proud of his original mascot, as Mac says, Green Man is "the mascot nobody wants".
4. Night Man
Night Man was first introduced while Charlie wrote a song which, eventually, became the plot for the iconic episode, "The Night Man Cometh". The ridiculous songs, the misinterpretation of them, and the gang's overall acting made us laugh through out the entire episode.
5. Frank Hiding In The Couch
In an attempt to play "The Ghost of Christmas Past", Dennis and Dee create a scheme for Frank to eavesdrop on his old co-workers talking smack about him. In this scheme, they suggest he hides inside the couch. Of course, he does; and as you would expect, the outcome did not play out well, as he began to suffocate and crawl out of the couch completely naked.
6. The Dennis System
The Dennis System is Dennis' set of rules on how he handles women and relationships. He explains this system to his friends who, in this moment, might have realized Dennis' sociopathy.
7. Chardee MacDennis
I don't think you do, Frank. Chardee MacDennis is a board game Charlie, Dee, Mac, and Dennis came up with back in high school. Chardee MacDennis is a drinking game combined with the rules of other board games as well as their own ridiculous rules. The tasks the gang must go through as part of this game is nothing other than entertaining.
8. Pepe Silvia
Yes! It's the meme! This is the meme everyone has seen and relates to whenever they have an over-analyzing freakout. This episode is where that meme was born. Charlie has been in the mail room linking conspiracies in the office building he and Mac had gotten jobs at. Charlie had discovered there was no Pepe Silvia at all.
9. Kitten Mittens
Does your cat make too much noise? Try Kitten Mittens! This is yet another one of Charlie's creations on the show. Charlie's advertisement for his invention, Kitten Mittens, is 90 seconds you will not regret watching.
10. "Wildcard Bitches!"
There's the brains, the looks, and the wildcard. With these three labels, the gang went on to decide they could solve the gas crisis. Charlie especially embraced his label as the wildcard. He possibly took it a step too far when he cut the brakes on their car.
