Everyone has had those moments when you are driving in the car all by yourself and numerous thoughts enter your brain one by one. Of course, this becomes extremely distracting and stressful since they are about a bunch of different things. Whether it's thoughts on how your day went, what you are going to do when you get home, or your plans for the evening, you can never escape the endless thoughts that run through your mind. Here are 10 thoughts you have while in the car alone:

10. Ugh. I have so much work to do.

After a long day or work/school, you being to realize all the work you have to do as soon as you get home. Of course as soon as you think about all of the work you have to do, you begin to strategically plan how and when you are going to do it all. This is when you begin to hate your life because you don't want to even start it.

9. I hate her/him.

We always have that one person who made our day annoying. Whether it be the obnoxious person in class/work, a boss/teacher, or even a random stranger, there never seems to be a day when we do not come across a person that ruins our day.

8. Why are there no good songs on right now?!

We all listen to music while in the car, but we always have those moments when we can never find a radio station playing good music! It's always one bad song after the other, or all the radio stations we are looking up are playing the same song! This is when the car ride home becomes a rough time in our lives.

7. Why are you going so slow?!

Don't you just hate when the people driving in front of you are driving so slow?! I mean, come on! I know I do! And of course this happens every single time we get into the car! It seems like no matter where we go, what time of the day we decide to drive at, or who's driving, we always get stuck behind slow drivers! And the best part is, there is no explanation as to why they are driving slow!

6. Is that a cop?!

Yup. Don't try to deny this one! Everyone always gets a little too excited while behind the wheel and tend to "forget" what the speed limit is, which tends to not correlate to how fast we are currently driving. This causes us to instantly assume that a cop will be on our next left or right because we know we are speeding! (Please drive carefully and follow the speed limit people! It's the law!)

5. I missed my exit!

This has happened to the best of us multiple times. Although we are driving alone, we tend to get distracted very easily, which causes us to miss our exits or take a wrong turn. Oops!

4. What am I going to wear tonight?

Driving alone is the perfect time to decide what to wear when going out the night of. It's a time where you can get your thoughts together and picture different looks in your mind, so that when you get home you already know what you're going to wear.

3. *Gets text* Ugh! Can't check this while I'm driving.

The worst is when you are driving and you hear the ping on your phone, notifying you that you are getting texts. Of course you cannot answer them right away because you are driving, but the thought that your unread texts keeps building and building up stresses you out! (Do not text and drive!)

2. I can't wait to take a nap.

After a long day, you cannot wait to go home to just lay down and go to sleep. Of course this is more for the lucky people that actually have the time to take a nap because the rest of us are forced to stay up and do all the assignments we have to work on!

1. What am I going to eat when I get home?

Food is definitely the number one priority as soon as you get home. If your like me, as soon as you get home you eat like you never have before in your entire life, and feel like you're going to explode afterwards. The car ride home is the perfect time to figure out what and how much food you're going to eat as soon as you get home!

Remember to not let these thoughts distract you while driving! It is very important to stay safe by keeping your eyes on the road at all times and have a clear mind!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
