We all know these to be true whenever you shop for a new outfit and first try them on in the store's fitting room.
1) "I'll get 2 different sizes of the same outfit."
When fitting for new clothes in the shop, you never want to try on an outfit only to find that it's either too big or too small. Then having to put back on the clothes you wore to the store to get a different size, only to take them off again to fit into the outfit. No one needs that hassle.
2) "How many outfits can get away with in the fitting room?"
I have 8 pairs of outfits now....well let's find out!
3) "Please don't mess up your hair."
When you try on 5...or 20 different outfits that are not button down shirts, your hair somehow always looks like you just got out of bed. Eventually, you just learn to go shopping expecting to mess up your hair in the process.
4) "This is how I have to put this on?"
There's always the unending cycle of new clothes with which you never know how to put on. Which arm hole do you use? That was the neck hole?
5) "Let's just twirl around 3 more times!"
Cause you obviously need to see yourself in every angle before you commit to this outfit.
6) "Should I take a selfie?"
If you're not a shopaholic, then you definitely only shop for clothes once in a blue moon. Commemorate with a mirror selfie! And proceed to send to everyone to get a second opinion.
7) "Oh no! I have to get it hemmed."
When you're short, anything is too long. Why do they make every cute summery dress or those nice jeans for people over 6 feet??
8) "Would this outfit be appropriate for any occasion?"
Work? Check. School? Double check! (Maybe)
9) "Do I have this same outfit in my wardrobe already?"
Who cares? I can never have too much black in my fashion choices!
10) "I'll have you even if I spend all my budget on you."
If you're the kind of person who tries on but looks at the price later, then this has probably happened to you. But you just have to have it. Sacrifices must always be made.
