1. When you walk in and the line ends at the door and only one person is at the register.

2. When you can't decide whether you want a hot or cold drink

3. When the person in front of you says small instead of tall

4. I can add whipped cream to my skinny drink, and it's still healthy right?

5. When another customer screams at the barista for not making their drink hot enough

6. When there is someone holding up the line asking about every drink

7. When you get to the top of the line only to find out they are out of soy milk

8. So you have to order a regular old latte instead

9. I did not realize my name could be spelled like that

10. Maybe next time I'll skip the line and order ahead

11. Or I'll just go to Dunkin, they have better donuts anyways
