1. They were calling for “light showers” but it is currently pouring. Can I go home now?

2. I think I only closed my eyes for a minute but now i'm starting to think i took a short nap. No one could tell with my sunglasses on, right?

3. I ate all my snacks within the first few hours because of boredom but now I'm actually hungry.

4. No ma’am i’m sorry I can’t open the pool earlier just for you.

5. The residents of the pool gossip more than teenage girls. Seriously.

6. If you're child cannot swim, DON'T LET THEM IN THE POOL!

7. This is the most boring job i've ever had. Will I even last the whole summer?

8. I should have reapplied my sunscreen every 2 hours like the bottle said.

9. Putting your hand in a skimmer with dead bugs, spiders, frogs, and leaves never gets easier.

10. But at the end of the day you're happy you have an easy, well-paying, stress-free summer job :^)
