I've been classified as a "Twenty-something" for a few years now, and during those three years, I have learned a few interesting things.

People say some crazy crap.

Whether that's because they truly think they're giving some life changing advice, or they're just those people who can't let an opportunity to tell somehow how they should live their life go by. Who knows. But here are ten things I've learned in my few years that you should NOT say to a twenty something.

1. "Oh honey, I knew you would grow into your features."

Oh, thank you..?

2. "A pretty girl like you probably has boys lining up, huh?"

Stop talking, please.

3. "It's okay, you still have time to find him."

WHAT?!

4. "You should put a little more effort into yourself."

Oh sweetie, no.

5. "Just let a man do that for you."

OH hell no!

6. "You'll understand when you're older"

Wrong. I still won't.

7."You're wearing that..?"

Bitch, please.

8. "Stop spending so much money."

Not possible.

9. "Guys don't like it when you ______."

That's unfortunate...?

10. "You should drink less."

I'll drink to that!
