1.) Every trip to town involves a stop at the makeup counter.
Even if you are just going grocery shopping for eggs and milk, you better believe you're gonna make a stop at the Cover Girl lipsticks.
2.) What used to take you 30 minutes to do your make up, now takes you 2 hours.
Beauty takes time and perfection. These cheeks won't contour themseleves and neither will my eyes wing with out the flick of the wrist.
3.) Your boyfriend even knows what contouring is and how to do it.
"Dude, what is your girlfriend doing to her face?" "It's called contouring. It's supposed to reshape the face making shadows and hilights in places they wouldn't normally be. It's transforming, bro."
4.) You offer to do everyone and anyone's make up. All the time.
I myself find excuses to do someone's makeup. Oh, you're going to the gym with your boyfriend? Let me do your make-up.
5.) Most of your paycheck goes toward the new Urban Decay eyeshadow.
*sigh* Why must you be so beautiful, yet so expensive?
6.) Most of whom you follow on Instagram are all make-up artists.
We are all on a first name basis. Just kidding, but I can totally tell whose lips are whose.
7.) Your brushes cost more than your actual make-up.
My blending sponge is my best friend. Her name is Penelope and she costs more than my life is even worth.
8.) Your clothing looks like you're a street rat and hair looks a mess, but your make up is on fleek.
Yes, I know my hair is still wet. I didn't have time to blow dry my hair because my wings and eyebrows wouldn't cooperate with me today.
9.) You've considered dropping out of college to be a make-up artist.
If I am being honest, I've thought about dropping out to become a stripper as well because of..well, college. But, I'm so serious about this one! I want to be Beyoncés make-up artist.
10.) Halloween is your favorite holiday because it gives you an excuse to try different colors on your face and not being judged.
I definitely did a sugar skull with three different types of eyeliner I bought in the shades of pink, purple, and blue. I knew they'd come in handy one day!
