Having a big sister is the greatest thing to ever happen to me. I wouldn't have as good music taste, fashion sense, sense of humor, etc. without her in my life.

Here's a list of 10 things that happen when you give a girl a big sister.

1. You have a built-in best friend.


2. You've got a constant protector.


3. You have someone to call you out on your dumb mistakes.


4. She's your person.


5. You've got an extra closet.


6. You have your own therapist.


7. You've got a (good/bad) reputation before they even know your name.


8 You've got an amazing role model.


9. You've got a second mom.


10. You get to have cool nieces/nephews.



I wouldn't be the person I am today without my sister. I don't tell her enough, but she's the most inspiring person I have ever met. She's my best friend and I'm so glad I have her in my life. I love my sister more than anything. Also, my nieces are my entire world. When you give a girl a big sister, you give her the biggest blessing she'll ever receive.
