If I murdered someone, she's the person I'd call to help drag the corpse across the living room floor.

10 Things You Need To Thank Your College BFF For

Starting college is no easy task for anyone. Whether you are staying close to home or moving across the country, it is something new and quite terrifying. Move-in day is nerve racking for everyone! You are moving into a small room with people you have never seen or talked to before. You're hoping that you can get along for a whole school year, hoping you won't drive them nuts or vise versa. More than likely you have met your newly found best friend and didn't even know it. This person will become your go to person for every thing that happens your first year in college. You'll wonder to yourself "how did I make it this long without them in my life?" So, in honor of my college best friend, here is 10 things I need to thank my best friend for!!

1. Thank you for always being my mom.

For telling me which cold medicine to take to making sure I have clean clothes on, you are always there to help me through every college obstacle. You keep me alive through the exam weeks and nights full of bad decisions.

2. Thank you for never leaving me alone.

College is a very lonely place. So many new people and many places to go. You never leave my side; whether were going to get food or run errands. I happy you're always up for whatever I have to do that day. You make even the most boring outings an adventure.

3. Thank you for never judging me.

I may say some stupid things all the time and act like a complete idiot, but never once have judged me. You stand by my side and act just as much if not more like an idiot than I do! You're one of the few people I can truly be myself around.

4. Thank you for being there for me, even when it's not convenient for you.

I know I can be a lot to handle at times and most the time I make it difficult for you. You are always by my side and so supportive no matter what the circumstance is.

5. Thank you for always telling me the truth.

I can't even count the number of times you have told me I look like a hobo or have made me fix my hair. You tell me up front when I am too emotional or need to keep my mouth shut. I appreciate every single time you have done it!

6. Thank you for always being my plus one.

Back to never having to be alone, thank you for basically filling the role of my boyfriend. You always text me when I'm lonely/bored, you always take me out on dates, and you love to watch movies.

7. Thank you for never saying "I told you so."

You are right about 99.5 percent of the time. I never know what on earth I am saying or what I even mean to say. All the times I talked to the guy you told me I'd regret talking to, every bad decision you tried to stop, you never once told me you told me so. You just stood by my side and supported me.

8. Thank you for always being my partner in crime.

No matter how stupid the idea is, you're by my side through the whole thing. That's all I will say about our big-dumb ideas.

9. Thank you for being equally weird.

I might, no am, the weirdest human being on earth. Thank you for always matching my weirdness in public and never allowing me to look like the odd one in the group.

10. Thank you for choosing me.

College would be no where near as fun if I didn't have you to take it on with me. Thank you for every piece of advice that you give me and all the love and support you share! I am beyond thankful for our relationship!! I have no idea how I ever survived without you...so thank you for everything you do, thank you thank you THANK YOU for being you.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
