As school comes to a close, everyone is thinking about how they can make this summer stand out from the rest. Whether you're graduating high school or just looking to have a great summer, there are endless opportunities to make it an unforgettable one. Here are ten ways to make everyone jealous of the summer you had.

1. Make a summer bucket list.

Make a list of all the things that you want to do. Then, hang it up in a place where you can see it. As you accomplish them, check each activity off your list. This also doubles as a record of all the things that you did this summer. If you don't end up accomplishing them all, you'll have a head start for next summer.

2. Go on surprise adventures.

Plan an adventure for you and all of your friends, but keep the destination a surprise. This causes all of your friends to have a little mystery added to their summers while visiting some very cool places that were right under their noses. The adventures do not have to be expensive or far from where you live—just do some research and find some very cool places that you haven't been to before.

3. Have a party.

Having a party can mean so many things, so interpret it as you want! Whether the party has a few people or is a huge rager, go for it, because you will not have these years of your youth ever again. String up some lights, put out some guacamole, let loose, and party!

4. Go to concerts.

Going to a concert can be the highlight of anyone's summer. Get a group of people together and be spontaneous. If you get completely crappy seats, who cares? You are at a concert with all of your friends, so dance your heart out!

5. Set a personal goal.

Whether it's a fitness goal or to go to the Shake Shack once a week, set a goal. It feels so great to be able to reach a goal, and once you accomplish it you will remember it for the rest of your life! Setting a fitness goal will help you get in shape over the summer, but we all know Shake Shack is great too!

6. Get lots of sleep.

Even though summer is about partying all day and all night, you are going to regret not catching up on some sleep when it comes time to get back into the swing of a regular routine. When you have the opportunity to sleep, take it.

7. Do some binge-watching.

Whether it's "Orange is the New Black" or "American Dad," Netflix will have a show for you. Nothing is better than getting snuggled up in your bed at 1 a.m. on a summer night and getting involved in a different reality where you can feel like you are one of the characters.

8. Go on a road trip.

Whether it be in state or out of state, a road trip can be fun and cheap. You can pick a destination and find fun places along the way. It's not about the destination. It's about the journey!

9. Have lots of beach days.

What's better than going to the Jersey shore with your friends and having a great time? Whether it's renting a house for a few nights or going for the day, you are guaranteed to have an awesome time!

10. Just have fun!

No matter what you do this summer, make sure that you are having fun! Summer gives you a chance to let go of all the high school drama and just be yourself. Hang out with friends or do absolutely nothing; that is the beauty of the season—it's completely up to you!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
